ONEVAR Terms of Service

1. 1. License to Use SaaS

   ONEVAR grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for quantitative risk analytics and algorithmic execution on your own account.

   • The Service includes a paper sandbox with a $100,000 simulated balance and, on request, a live desk connected to your own Alpaca account. Sandbox results are simulated and do not predict live performance.
   • The ONEVAR Copilot licence is $79 per month. The card is saved at $0; the subscription activates only once, after your first live TP1 (+2.5%) is reached. Cancellation is protected to the end of the current trading session.
   • For invoices, failed charges or refunds, write to billing@onevar.io.
   • You may use the Service for your own account only, in compliance with applicable law. No reverse-engineering, scraping, resale, or sharing of your account is permitted.
   • You may stop using the Service at any time. Deletion of your profile and associated data follows the Privacy Policy. ONEVAR may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

2. 2. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

   All software, server-side algorithms, source code, data architecture, interface design, the ONEVAR™ trademarks and the [1%]™ figurative logo belong exclusively to ONEVAR Technologies Ltd. You receive only a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable SaaS licence to use the Service.

   • No rights, title, or interest in the software, algorithms, data architecture, or any other intellectual property are transferred to you.
   • You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written consent.
   • All live execution happens exclusively through your own Alpaca account, under Alpaca's own terms. ONEVAR connects with the API credentials you provide and never holds, moves, or withdraws your funds.

3. 3. Pure Technology & Non-Advisory Disclaimer

   ONEVAR is a provider of analytical software and is not an intermediary, broker-dealer, or authorised financial adviser. Risk metrics (VaR, CVaR, correlations) and the simulations provided serve purely statistical, informational, and educational purposes; nothing on the Service constitutes investment advice, a personalised recommendation, or a public offering or solicitation of savings.

   • ONEVAR does not provide personalised financial recommendations. You maintain full and exclusive responsibility for your own capital-allocation decisions.
   • The 1% VaR constraint, the No-Fly rules, and the 100% cash end-of-day policy are designed to mitigate exposure; they do not eliminate market risk.
   • Trading involves capital risk and can result in losses. Past performance — simulated or live — does not guarantee future results.

4. 4. Limitation of Liability

   You remain solely and exclusively responsible for any investment decision or allocation of capital made through or informed by the Service.

   • To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONEVAR is not liable for market losses, broker outages, data-feed interruptions, or indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
   • You acknowledge that every order is executed on your own broker account and that ONEVAR never takes custody of your funds.

5. 5. Governing Law

   These Terms are governed by English Common Law principles, as applied in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with ADGM commercial law.
