These Terms govern participation in the ONEVAR private software test (the “Service”), run by the founder of ONEVAR and accessible only by invitation. No company has been incorporated. By using the Service, you accept these Terms.

    ONEVAR is a private software test run by its founder, accessible only by invitation.

  2. 2. Simulations only

    In this test all positions shown to invited users are simulated. No user connects a broker.

  3. 3. No money or paid plans

    ONEVAR holds no money and has no clients, paid plans or billing.

  4. 4. No investment advice

    ONEVAR gives no investment advice and holds no financial licence.

  1. 1. Participation in the private test

    The founder of ONEVAR grants invited users personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the software during the private test.

    • In this test all positions shown to invited users are simulated.
    • Sandbox results are simulated and do not predict live performance.
    • No invited user connects a broker. ONEVAR holds no money and has no clients, paid plans or billing.
    • Use is limited to your invited account. Reverse-engineering, scraping, resale and sharing your account are prohibited.
    • You may stop participating at any time. Profile deletion follows the Privacy Policy. Accounts that breach these Terms may be suspended.

  2. 2. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

    ONEVAR software and original materials belong to its founder. Permission to participate in the test transfers no intellectual property rights.

    • No rights in the software, algorithms or data architecture are transferred to you.
    • You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works without prior written consent.
    • Market data from the founder's personal subscription is never shown to users.

  3. 3. Pure Technology & Non-Advisory Disclaimer

    ONEVAR is a provider of analytical software and is not an intermediary, broker-dealer, or authorised financial adviser. Risk metrics (VaR, CVaR, correlations) and the simulations provided serve purely statistical, informational, and educational purposes; nothing on the Service constitutes investment advice, a personalised recommendation, or a public offering or solicitation of savings.

    • ONEVAR does not provide personalised financial recommendations. You maintain full and exclusive responsibility for your own capital-allocation decisions.
    • ONEVAR holds no financial licence. The test offers no brokerage or custody services.
    • Trading involves capital risk and can result in losses. Past performance — simulated or live — does not guarantee future results.

  4. 4. Limitation of Liability

    You remain solely and exclusively responsible for any investment decision or allocation of capital made through or informed by the Service.

    • The test may contain errors, interruptions or incomplete results. Simulated results must not be used as the basis for real trades.
    • ONEVAR does not execute orders on invited users’ brokerage accounts and holds no money.

  5. 5. Governing Law

    The legal entity and governing law will be set before any public launch. No company is currently incorporated; these Terms do not claim an existing corporate jurisdiction.
