Accountability follows a readable chain: data received → decision → execution → review → version. A missing link makes the evidence incomplete.

Outcomes and proofs are public; the engine's parameters and thresholds stay private to protect ONEVAR's intellectual property. The sealed hash chain proves nothing was altered — without revealing it.

What the archive covers

Core lineage

The active core version, and the verification work behind it. A version stays at 1 because repeated blind tests confirmed the parameters, not because nothing was studied.

Approved calibration changes

Raw register of the nightly decisions, kept for verification. The plain-language reading lives in Engine & Learning. Study decisions (starts, restarts, verdicts, promotions) are sealed in the same chain: decision record.
